Returns Policy
At Takshshila Ayurveda, we want to ensure that you have a great shopping experience. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or damaged as they cannot be resold. If you experience any issues with the quality of the product, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery by calling or emailing us. We will be happy to exchange the product for you. Please note that Takshshila Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery.

We only accept exchanges of saleable products that are returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with the original tags and receipts.
- Takshshila Ayurveda will check and vet all return and exchange requests.
- We do not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage or wrong application.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return or refund request has been accepted, it will be processed within 7-21 business days.
- We do not offer refunds for goods already sold. Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are also non-refundable.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- However, items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet any of the following criteria:
- physically damaged,
- missing parts or accessories,
- or unopened with unused products.
